01 / The story

I was looking for connection.

“I didn't set out to create another certification. I was looking for connection. That became the foundation of Tight Club.”

Tight Club emerged from years of living inside a body that demanded listening, adaptation, curiosity, and recovery. It also grew through years of hands-on practitioner work and by observing patterns in other people's bodies.

I didn't set out to create another wellness modality. I began noticing relationships: fascia, movement, lymph, stress, recovery, somatics, technology, and human connection. Things often taught or treated separately kept showing up together.

That curiosity became the Tight Club Method—a way of seeing the body as an interconnected conversation rather than a collection of isolated parts.

02 / From experience to method

What I lived became what I studied. What I studied became what I taught.

The company is the natural evolution of a question that kept getting wider: what changes when we stop overriding the body and start listening to the relationships inside it?

  1. 01

    Lived experience

The body demanded listening, adaptation, curiosity, and recovery.

  2. 02

    Practitioner work

Hands-on work made the questions practical and human.

  3. 03

    Pattern recognition

Separate systems kept showing up together in real bodies.

  4. 04

    Methodology

The Tight Club Method made those relationships visible.

  5. 05

    Tight Club Academy

The method became something people could learn and carry forward.

03 / What I believe now

A body is a conversation.

  • 01

The body is not a problem to solve.

  • 02

Symptoms can be signals worth listening to.

  • 03

    The body is interconnected.

  • 04

Fascia is a doorway, not the entire conversation.

  • 05

Recovery should be practiced, not earned.

  • 06

Technology can support the body without replacing human connection.

  • 07

    People deserve greater body literacy.

  • 08

Practitioners deserve education that helps them see relationships rather than simply collect modalities.

04 / The evolution

The method grew beyond me.

Each layer honors where the work began while giving the method a new way to be experienced, practiced, taught, and expanded.

05 / Where do you go from here?

The body is already talking. Start where you are.
